Integrated Help Desk
Managers now have access to an integrated helpdesk from within the dashboard, streamlining the process of submitting support requests, and on our end, of properly assigning the ticket and responding.
Enhanced Telemetry
Enhanced telemetry provides us with detailed device information streamlining our efficiency when providing support.
Added Versioning
Integrated versioning now tracks changes to HTML / plain-text files, enabling rollbacks if necessary.
Added User Details
Detailed user information regarding configuration options and actions taken (edit signature, assigned new role, change authentication protocol, etc.) is now available to our support team to further streamline our efficiency when providing support.

User Profile
The user profile provides information on user logins and enables the (optional) setup of two-factor authentication. It also provides users with an opportunity to delete their account if desired, as mandated by GDPR.
Added “Invites” for New Users
From within the dashboard managers can now send email invites to new users, prompting them to set up their signature profile.
Added CSAT / Surveys
An integrated customer satisfaction (CSAT) / one-question survey tool is now available. Mirroring our banner functionality, this allows you to embed a question / response widget at the bottom of your signatures. Response data is available through the dashboard and can be readily imported into a spreadsheet or other program for analysis.

Added Footer to Edit Signature Screen
The Dynasend footer now appears at the bottom of the signature profile page (data entry form) providing users access to our privacy policy.
Developer Mode
Individuals holding “developer” credentials will now have full access to the Dynasend platform, allowing them to construct / modify their own programs (data fields, data entry forms, HTML templates, AD sync, etc.).
Fixed an AD Sync Bug
User profiles that were manually created before a customer’s AD sync got provisioned were being excluded from the AD sync. This has been rectified.
Roadmap for the Near-Term Future
We have two items that we will be focusing on over the next couple of months:
- Get the Dynasend O365 Add-In listed in the Microsoft App Store (thus making add-in deployment easier)
- Transition Dynasend to a multi-region, customer siloed, platform, adding Europe initially for enhanced GDPR compliance.
