Option to Preview Reply & Internal Signatures in the Manager’s Dashboard

If your program includes specially formatted reply or internal signatures you can now preview them from the manager’s dashboard as shown here.

Borders on Round Photos

Borders of varying colors and thickness can now be added to round photos appearing in signatures.

Optional Internal Signature Override

If your program utilizes streamlined signatures for internal messaging but you have some users who would like to override this and instead use their normal signatures for internal messages, this option can now be provided. It’s a checkbox in the add-in’s task-pane. By default the setting is to use the internal signatures, but individual users can change the setting if desired.

Note: This is an account level option, and is not enabled for anyone at this time. If you wish to offer this override to your users let us know and we will activate it for you.

Enabled Custom Data Elements in the Azure / Entra ID sync

We now support the inclusion of custom, non-standard, data elements in the Azure / Entra ID sync.

Image Uploader Now Available to Managers

On occasion a program is designed such that there is a call for Manager’s to be able to upload custom images to the Dynasend server. To support these cases we’ve now made the image uploader available to managers.

Increased File Size Limit on Uploaded Images

We’ve increased the maximum size of uploaded images (user photos) from 1 MB to 2 MBs.

In-Signature QR Codes Now Supported

The Dynasend QR codes (linking to the vCard user contact data) can now be displayed directly in the signature. There is a minimum size requirement of 100 x 100 pixels, as these QR codes contain a lot of data and hence are fairly detailed.

Reordered Manager FAQ’s on Website for Improved Efficiency

The questions on the Manager’s FAQ’s have been rearranged in order to (slightly) improve efficiency when using the page.
