Additional Requirements

Users must also have Exchange Online and active Exchange Online mailboxes. Your subscription directory must either be in or federated to Microsoft Entra ID.

How to Check Your Outlook Version

To check the channel/version of your Outlook desktop in Windows, go to File > Office Account. The current channel is displayed in the About Outlook section.

To view the Outlook version in macOS, click the About Outlook icon. The version details are displayed at the top of the popup.
