Security by design

Dynasend signatures render at compose time inside Microsoft Outlook—there is no mid-stream email stamping and no access to message bodies in transit. The platform uses end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, passwordless user login, and enterprise SSO connections included at no additional cost.

Authentication and directory integration

Single sign-on (SSO) integrates with your existing identity provider so administrators and users authenticate through your corporate standards. Entra ID (Azure AD) sync keeps signature fields aligned with directory attributes, reducing manual data entry and stale contact information. SCIM provisioning support is available for automated user lifecycle management—see our SCIM documentation for details.

Compliance and data protection

Dynasend is built with GDPR and enterprise compliance requirements in mind. Data processing agreements, privacy controls, and documented data handling practices are available for security reviews. The platform supports organizations with DoD and regulated-industry considerations; full compliance documentation is published in our compliance docs.

Operational security and reliability

Infrastructure is delivered through a globally distributed CDN (Cloudflare) for fast, reliable signature rendering. Uptime and operational security practices are documented publicly, and the platform has been independently tested and verified (ADA CASA). Dynasend maintains above 99.9% uptime—view current uptime statistics in our docs.

What we do not do

• No access to your email content or mailboxes
• No installed desktop software beyond the standard O365 add-in
• No publicly accessible online signature views that expose user data
• No Outlook crashes or hangs during service outages—the add-in degrades gracefully
