- Contact data (e.g., name, job title, company, email address, phone number, and other details you or your organization provide to generate your email signature or digital business card).
- Account and usage data related to the DynaSend Email Signature Add-in (e.g., a signal that the add-in is active for billing purposes).
- Technical/log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, referring page, date/time and duration of visit) to maintain site functionality, security, and analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal information for advertising/marketing purposes.
2) How We Use Personal Information (Purpose Limitation)
We process personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and support our email signature and digital business card services;
- Communicate with customers and users (e.g., onboarding, updates, support, billing);
- Maintain security, troubleshoot, and improve our services; and
- Fulfill legal, contractual, or regulatory obligations.
We will only process personal information for the purposes disclosed here or for purposes compatible with those purposes.
3) Choice (Opt-Out) and Sensitive Data
Where required, you may opt out of:
- Disclosures of your personal information to third parties not acting as our agents; and
- Uses of your personal information for materially different purposes than those for which it was originally collected.
To exercise your choices, contact privacy@dynasend.com. If we process sensitive data (as defined by applicable law/DPF Principles), we will obtain your opt-in consent or follow other applicable legal bases.
4) Accountability for Onward Transfers
We may disclose personal information to service providers/agents (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, billing, support) strictly for limited and specified purposes. We require these third parties, via contract, to:
- Provide at least the same level of privacy protection as the DPF Principles;
- Process personal information only for the limited and specified purposes consistent with our instructions; and
- Notify us if they can no longer meet these obligations.
We remain liable under the DPF for any onward transfers to third parties that process personal information in a manner inconsistent with the DPF Principles, unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
5) Security
We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and protected by Cloudflare. We enforce “Modern TLS Only,” serving HTTPS traffic over TLS 1.2 or higher.
Primary data locations are AWS US East (N. Virginia, Ohio); and AWS EU West (Ireland).
6) Data Integrity, Minimization, and Retention
We take reasonable steps to ensure personal information is reliable, accurate, complete, and limited to what is relevant for the purposes of processing. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve those purposes or as required by law/contract. Upon termination of service, we securely delete or de-identify personal information within a commercially reasonable period.
7) Access, Correction, Deletion
Individuals from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland have the right to access the personal information we hold about them and to request correction, amendment, or deletion where it is inaccurate or processed in violation of the DPF Principles.

13) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
