No, you are not locked in by a contract, nor are you required to pay any upfront fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by removing the Dynasend add-in from your mailbox profile. With the add-in removed, invoicing ceases.
Yes and no. You must use a credit card initially to set up your payment profile (our billing platform, Stripe, requires it). However, upon request we will convert your account to manual invoicing, allowing you to pay invoices manually via credit card, debit, check or bank transfer.
No, the project setup is included in the pricing shown above.
Project setup includes the custom configuration of your user portal (data entry screen), configuration of your database architecture, setup of your SCIM server (if you want to sync from Entra ID), signature design (if needed), HTML development and testing for your signature template(s), creation & population of your locations database, and the final delivery to you as a turn-key package
No, direct program maintenance is provided whenever needed, covering things such as adding options for new data elements, developing new templates, adding new social media sites, updating logos, etc.

Technical support covers questions pertaining to the administrative use of our portal, our Outlook / O365 add-in, Entra ID integration, SSO, and billing. DIRECT END-USER SUPPORT IS NOT PROVIDED.
You can decide what access to give your users - it can range from no access at all (fully locked down) to open access (users can edit any data field). There's also a middle-way, where you can give users access to some fields, but not others. In many cases this is the optimal solution - making sure that they are unable to change some things (like their job title) while still allowing them to control more personal things like how their name is displayed (e.g. Bob instead of William).
Yes, the Dynasend add-in automatically inserts the signature in every message, overriding any user attempts to alter it.
No, Dynasend adheres to email best-practices, ensuring that our signatures don't impact deliverability. This includes NOT EMBEDDING IMAGES in our signatures (to circumvent recipient's image blocking settings).
Yes, Dynasend supports three "levels" of signature. These can either be strictly enforced, or you can allow users to set their own preferences for which signature they want to have applied. Either way, once set, the proper signature is automatically applied when the message is composed. Learn more.
Most people receive the default "user" role. It only allow them to edit their signature content (to the extent that that has been opened up to them). For most accounts there will be one or more people assigned to the "manager" role. These people will have access to the Dynasend dashboard, allowing them to work with locations / banners / individual signatures. The "developer" role opens the entire platform to competent IT professionals. The developer role is not often utilized, as the Dynasend "full-service" approach means that we handle these duties for you.
Yes, and it's super-easy. We'll set things up for you and provide you with provisioning instructions. It's probably a 10-minute task for you to configure and launch the provisioning. We'll do the rest. Learn more.
Yes, the setup is a little more complicated, but we will work with you to get things configured in whatever way is necessary - our goal is to design your program to fit your needs (perfectly whenever possible).
Digital Business Cards are wallet passes for mobile phones (iOS and Android). They carry your company's branding and include a QR code that's specific to you. When scanned by another person's phone, your contact information is transferred to that person and saved in their phone. They're synced to the Dynasend database, so your contact information on the digital business card is always in sync with the contact information in your email signature. Learn more.
