Attention: Before proceeding you must have your new email signature displayed in a browser - click the link to your signature that has been provided. Your email signature will open in a browser window.

  

Outlook 2007 / 2010 / 2013 - Email Signature Installation & Use Instructions

These Instructions are for Display Settings Above 100% (Computers Set to Large Font Display for Easy Reading)

Note: If you have your monitor set to normal (default) display size click here for the appropriate instructions.

1. First, click the link we have provided to display your signature in a browser. RIGHT click in the WHITE SPACE beneath your signature and select “View Page Source” or “View Source” or something similar to that.

2. You will see the computer code that makes up your signature. Click FILE in the upper left corner and choose “Save Page As” or “Save As” or something similar to that.

3. Save the file to your desktop. Give it a name of your choosing and make sure you type the file extension in as “.htm” - it must be .htm and cannot be .html.

4. Go to your desktop and find the file you just saved. RIGHT click and choose COPY.

5. Now go into Outlook and navigate ALMOST all the way to your email signature dialog by doing the following:

Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007

- from your inbox, click TOOLS at the top
- pull down to OPTIONS
- click the MAIL FORMAT tab

Outlook 2010 or 2013

- from your inbox, click FILE in the upper left corner
- pull down to OPTIONS
- click MAIL in the left column

At this point you’ll see the “Signatures” button - HOLD YOUR “CTRL” KEY DOWN AND CLICK THE BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME.

The folder that stores your signatures will open.

6. Press “Ctrl-V” or RIGHT click and choose PASTE to paste your signature file into this folder.

7. Close the signatures folder, and go back to step 5, but this time just click the “Signatures” button:

8. You’ll now see the signature you just saved in your list of existing signatures. Set this signature as your default signature for new messages and for replies, save your settings and exit the signature dialog. You’re now finished.
