New Customer Checklist


For the most part, new customers come on board under one of two circumstances:

  • they already have a signature designed (or a concept in mind) and hence know what they want;
  • the idea of an email signature is new to them, and they have not given much thought to what they want.

In the first case, projects are quite easy as you have clear guidance and simply need to execute the project according to their wishes. The latter case is more complicated, as everything is rather open-ended at first. In this case, we recommend using a checklist to assist in defining the direction they want to go in. The primary purpose of the checklist is to get a sense of the content options they would like in their signature program, along with some design direction.
