FAQ's


1. With your full-service” approach, how will we make modifications when needed?
You may request "developer" credentials which will enable you to directly change things as-needed (fluency in Liquid & HTML required). Alternatively, you may contact us (email is best) and request whatever changes you need. We will complete them for you promptly, following your instructions explicitly (but asking any clarifying questions whenever needed). It's a surprisingly efficient process.

2. What is involved with setting up the AD sync?
We will create an Entra ID SCIM server and send you the tenant URL and secret token. You will then follow Microsoft's provisioning instructions to initiate the sync. Once user data has been received on our end we will complete the field mapping process and "build" all your user signatures based on your AD data. It's incredibly easy!

3. Is there some kind of app that we need to install on our user’s devices?
No, there is no installed software. The Dynasend O365 add-in is 100% cloud-based, and simply needs to added to your user's mailbox profiles. Once deployed, it loads automatically when Outlook is launched.

4. How are billing and payments handled?
Billing is monthly and is based on the number of active users during the previous month. Payments are made through our payment processor, Stripe. By default they are automated (payment by credit card) but if you prefer to receive invoices for your accounts payable department to pay on their own schedule, this option can be configured upon request.

5. How many people can we include in the 90-day free trial?
The 90-day free trial covers as many users as you wish. You can deploy to a small test group to start, and then once comfortable, deploy to your entire enterprise. Either way, you will not be invoiced until month four.
