Support to Our Resellers
We are committed to providing the same five-star support to our resellers that we’ve provided to our direct customers for the past 25-years. Here’s what this means, in practical terms:
- we’ll answer your questions, in detail, by phone or email, any time you need help
- we’ll step in to debug / assist with any coding (or design) problems you’re facing with templates or forms
- if your customer wants a custom signature layout that deviates from what’s available in our template library, we’ll create it for you
- we’ll assist your customer directly, if you ask us to
And really, we’ll do just about anything else that you may need, right up to adding new features to the platform (when they make sense). That’s how we’ve done things since we got starrted in this business in 1999.
