Access to Email Signatures (After Creation)
Once created, we offer a couple different avenues to access the email signatures.
Signature Creation Dialog: In many cases it’s easiest to just let users access their signature directly through the signature creation dialog. They can login at any time and will find their data entry form pre-populated with the data they’ve already entered. They can click through the three screens to arrive at their finished signature, and can make any needed edits along the way.
Indexed Listing: We’ll also provide you with a URL you can use to produce an organized index of all the email signatures created for your company. This list can be displayed with or without the “edit signature” option and can be used as needed within you firm.
