Part 1 - Copying Your Signature to Your Clipboard
Note: If you don't currently have your signature open in a browser tab, display it now:     

In the tab with your signature, press Ctrl-A then Ctrl-C - this will select your entire signature and then copy it to your clipboard.

Note: Mac users will use Command-A and Command-C.
Part 2 - Outlook 2010 / 2013 - Email Signature Installation & Use Instructions

These Instructions are for Display Settings Above 100%

(Computers Set to Large Font Display for Easy Reading)



Note: If you have your monitor set to normal (default) display size click here for the appropriate instructions.

You will need to temporarily set your display setting to 100%. Begin by RIGHT CLICKING on your desktop and choosing "Personalize."

Click "Display" in the lower left.

Make a note of your current display setting (either 125% or 150%) as you will want to return your display to this setting later. For now though, set it to "Smaller - 100% (default)" Click "Apply" when done.

You will have to logout and log back into your computer - it's just a couple of clicks. Once you've logged back in you will see your screen at 100% - it will look as if everything is quite small. This is only temporary.

Go to your inbox in Outlook, click "New Message" and paste your new email signature into the body of the message. Send this message to yourself - the reason for this will be evident shortly.

Once you've sent this message and have received it (in your inbox), you may repeat the earlier steps, but this time set your display size back to your original setting - either 125% or 150%.

Now we're ready to install your email signature. Begin by clicking "File" in the upper left hand corner of your inbox.

Click "Options."

Click "Mail" and make sure that you've got your email set to compose in "HTML." Then click "Signatures."

Click "New."

Give your signature a name and then click OK.

Paste your signature into the signature window at the bottom of the dialog box.

Set your signature for new messages and replies to the signature you've just created.

Your signature is now fully installed, however the logo and any other graphics (Twitter and Google+ icons in this case) are inflated in size because you are using an enlarged display size. It is really quite important that you correct this. To do this you will need to copy the (correctly sized) images from the email you sent earlier with your display size set to 100% and then paste those imgaes into your signature in place of the inflated ones.

Go to your "Sent Items" and find the message that displayed your signature at 100%. RIGHT click on the logo and choose "Copy."

Go back to your signature dialog box (Note: You may only be able to see some of the logo - the signatures do not always display correctly in this dialog box - that's okay.)

LEFT click on the logo, you'll see it all outlined. Press DELETE on you keyboard and then immediately press Ctrl-V to paste the correctly sized logo in place. Repeat these steps for all the graphics in your signature. Once done, you will be able to continue using your computer at the inflated display size without experiencing the size inflation and blurriness that would otherwise effect your email signature.

Note: Hyperlinks in email never work while you are composing or responding to a message.  To test your links, compose a message to yourself, and try the links when you have received it and are reading it.
